Z Image Turbo ComfyUI AIO Workflow Guide

If you want a cleaner setup, you can use the All In One checkpoint.
In this AIO build, the VAE and the text encoder are already merged inside the main file, so in ComfyUI you only select one checkpoint and you are done.

In most cases you will see two AIO variants:

  • FP8 AIO file, around 10 to 12 GB: z-image-turbo-fp8-aio.safetensors
This is the best option for most people. It runs on more GPUs and gives a nice balance between quality and VRAM use.
  • BF16 AIO file, around 20 GB: z-image-turbo-bf16-aio.safetensors
This one is heavier. It is made for users with 24 GB VRAM or more who want the maximum quality and stability.

Put your AIO file here:
ComfyUI/models/checkpoints/

After that, in the Load Checkpoint node you just pick this Z Image Turbo AIO file and you can start generating images.
